Mushroom Cloud Productions, LLC reserves the right to reject any content submitted to us for any reason. We will not be responsible for any events, both foreseen and unforeseen, that occur as a result of posting content to the site.
AUTHORSHIP: The original author retains all copyrights to any content submitted to The Mushroom Mag. Your act of submission warrants that the story and/or article submitted by you is your own creation and all copyrights are owned by you. The Mushroom Mag assumes no responsibility for the consequences of the publishing of any work submitted. We assume based on your submission that all work being submitted is ORIGINAL and not in violation of any other existing agreements.
USAGE: By submitting an article for publication, the author grants Mushroom Cloud Productions, LLC limited usage rights to post the content for public display on The Mushroom Mag and to use any portion of the content for promotions related to The Mushroom Mag. This agreement will continue indefinitely or until the author specifically asks the content to be removed from the site. Mushroom Cloud Productions, LLC will remove any content within 90 days of a formal request.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL: We follow strict adherence to copyright laws. Any copyrighted material used should be credited, and permissions should be obtained. All sources quoted or used in your articles should be documented.
Submissions that include quotes, data, or references that cannot be fact-checked will be rejected.
