New Mushroom Cloud Productions
website in development

3-10-05 / West Keansburg, NJ

While there is still a ways to go, MCP is proud to announce that work has officially commenced on an all new www.eatthemushroom.com website with more features and content than ever.

"Our goal is to create an industry leader that will keep people coming back for more," says default website expert and Senior Partner Christian Twiste. "At least that's what we're planning. How close we come is largely a question of how many beers we drink."

According to our sources deep within the company proper, complete specifications for the new site have yet to be finalized, but early white-papers and schematics indicate the new site will feature:

  • An entirely revised design, navigation and layout
  • A new database-driven back-end developed specifically for MCP by MCP

On the content front, MCP is also planning the release of a new and innovative Online Magazine, currently dubbed the Mushroom Mag featuring [hopefully] entertaining articles on a range of topics.

"We're going to cover politics, science, sports, entertainment, etc." explains Senior Partner Geoffrey Ciani. "And more importantly, we're going to cover all these topics as no one has before."

"At MCP we aren't concerned about facts or journalist accuracy, integrity, justice, or any of the other nonsense that bogs down these other publications," adds Christian Twiste. "This will give us the freedom to focus purely on creating some entertaining stuff."

While the specifics for the Mushroom Mag have yet to be finalized, sources indicate we can expect the following categories:

  • They Call This News?
  • Entertainment from the Edge
  • Party Politics
  • Sports on Steroids
  • Life With 'Shrooms
  • Sonnet Central

Additional items maybe added as we move towards the launch, and, as always, we will be more than happy to keep you posted—when we get around to it.
